The Salamander Tail is the heart of our product line. It allows secure retention and fast deployment without having to manipulate any kind of release mechanism. If you already have a 2-point adjustable sling you like, feel free to add the Salamander Tail to your existing setup! You can add it in our recommended configuration (see instruction page) or adapt it to your battle belt, plate carrier, chest rig or your own custom application!

• Performance Note: The SS-1 retention system is optimized for tools weighing under 10 lbs. While the sling will easily support heavier loadouts, pushing past 14 lbs will reduce the level of high-intensity movement the system can comfortably stabilize.
